17021-1

the ISO/IEC standard our own certification operations are held to

We assess management systems against the published standard, and report what the evidence supports — nothing more.

Certification begins with a Stage 1 readiness review that examines your documented system, scope definition and internal audit record against the clause structure. Stage 2 verifies implementation where the work actually happens: on the floor, in the server room, with the people who operate the controls day to day.

Where an organisation holds multiple standards, we conduct combined audits as a single visit rather than three, planned around production and shutdown cycles. Surveillance follows annually, with recertification at the close of the three-year cycle.

Because our charter prohibits consultancy, we never sell the system we audit. Every certificate we issue is published to a public registry and can be verified by a customer, tender board or regulator from the serial number alone.
